Rules |
- Rent:
To pay as rental the sum of a weekly rate, due and payable in advance, of 30 days prior to arrival. Failure to pay rent when due will result in the cancellation of this contract. (50% to book and 50% 30 days prior to arrival).
- Method of payment:
The initial and total payment of rent and deposits must be made as an international bank wire. The owner will provide the correct bank wire instructions.
- Pets:
Are not allowed in the property.
- Smoking:
Is not allowed inside the house.
- Owners Agents and Access:
The owner may be represented by an agent who will carry identification. Resident specifically agrees to permit the owner or agent(s) access to the premises for the purpose of inspection, repairs, or to show the property to another person at a reasonable time, on request.
